They do not provide us with personally identifiable information, except when you voluntarily enter such information in a designated input field.

It is hosted in the Canada Central region of Amazon Web Services (AWS), whose data centers are primarily located in the Montréal area. Hosting within Canada ensures that your personal information remains subject to Canadian and Québec privacy laws.
Your personal information may be shared with certain service providers who assist us with our operations, including hosting, payment processing, email sending, technical services, or performance analytics. These providers must protect your information under strict contractual obligations. Forair does not sell or rent your personal information. We disclose it only when necessary to provide our services or when required by law.
6. Retention, Security and Destruction
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or to meet our legal obligations. Once these purposes are met, the information is destroyed or anonymized irreversibly.
